I ship 1-4 days after payment is received. I ship usps first class mail. Ask all questions before purchase. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. $7.00 flat rate only applies to USA shipping. International shipping is first class, if you would like priority shipping please contact me before you purchase.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ:
I will ship item within 3 business days and it will not come with a tracking number. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. I will pack your item safe and secure. Once it leaves my home and is processed at the post office it is then out of my control. Delivery may take up to 4 weeks from purchased date.

Refunds and Exchanges

NO RETURNS,NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! I do not refund any orders as they are custom made for you. I only accept Exchanges. MUST be done 7 days within receiving the item(s). Buyer pays all shipping fees in order to receive an exchange, from your place to mine and back to you. Do NOT send back unless approved by me! Important to read all measurements and item descriptions that would apply before purchasing. If you are not sure of size always rule of thumb go to the next size up.

CANCELED ORDERS:
There is a 10% fee for canceling your order.

Warning: Please never leave a child unattended in her attire embellished tutu/dress/romper/hair bow/necklace, etc. Most of our head pieces/necklaces contain small parts like beads, pearls or rhinestones that may become a choking hazard. Jamie Powell Designs embellishments may pose a choking hazard, and if you elect to have them, please supervise children carefully while wearing any of our products. Jamie Powell Designs cannot be held responsible for any embellishments that may be pulled off or have fallen off, which can pose a choking hazard. Always remember to remove our items when your baby is sleeping. NOTE: Customer acknowledges full responsibility.
